Shipping & Delivery: We ship all orders same business day from our Sydney (Australia) or France (Europe) whrehouse depending upon order quantity and shipping address.; We offer free shipping worldwide on all orders over $100. Orders under $100 will incur flat fee of $5 for any shipping address of Australia, New Zealand, USA or any other part of the world.; Express Post Service is also available as an additional option for in-stock orders. Express Post Service Option will be avilable during checkout, select this option if you want your order delivered using Express Post Service.
Returns & Replacements: We encourage our customers to contact us if they are unsure about sizing or if they have any other questions. Because these items are intimate apparel, we can not take returns on any merchandise that has been worn.

All regular priced and promotional sale purchases are non-refundable. However, exchanges and/or credits are acceptable for UNOPENED, UNWORN merchandise which has been assigned a Return Authorization code upon contacting us. Items must be returned in their original packaging within 30 days of the shipping date. Please note, we do not accept C.O.D. packages and are not responsible for lost parcels which are returned to us without tracking numbers.
Ordering: When placing orders directly on the website, simply add the desired items to your cart and follow the check-out procedure when you are ready. Once you are on the payment page, you will have the option of paying by any major Credit Card, Debit/Interac, E-Check or Paypal account.
